Northampton

Currently under construction, Northampton will be home to 47 income-restricted condominiums in Roxbury. Ideally located near the MBTA Orange Line station, the William E. Carter school, and adjacent to the Southwest Corridor Park, this project revitalizes what used to be a surface parking lot and turns it into a 5-1/2 story hub of residential life.
