Our mixed-use project at 212 Stuart Street sits at the intersection of Bay Village, the Midtown Cultural District and the Back Bay, and  will include the construction of an approximately 146,000-square-foot, 19-story building, containing approximately 3,000 square feet of first floor retail and/or restaurant use, as well as 131 residential units on the upper floors.

This project has an invaluable opportunity to enhance and promote the pedestrian connectivity between Bay Village and its neighbors. We are excited to work with the community to improve the street level experience along Stuart Street through thoughtful design.

We strongly believe that design is more than just a real estate instrument - it is also a reflection of the culture and aspirations of the existing neighborhood. That’s why we brought on the team at Höweler + Yoon to be the building’s designers and Sasaki Associates as the project’s executive and landscape architect. They consistently strive to push the boundaries of design while respecting the context of the community, delivering compelling and creative design which benefits the neighborhood and the surrounding community as a whole. We are confident, through ongoing feedback from the community, that this project at 212 Stuart Street can create lasting value not just for the people who live and work there, but also for the people who walk by it everyday.
