165 Park Drive in the Fenway neighborhood is a collaboration between Transom Real Estate, the Holy Trinity Orthodox Cathedral, and Harbor Run Development. The project is planned for 115 units consisting of 48 affordable home ownership condominiums and 67 market rate apartments in two 7-story buildings. The project represents the culmination of a multiyear effort to provide affordable housing in The Fenway neighborhood of Boston, initiated by Holy Trinity and guided by Transom and Harbor Run.
